DEXA Scan
Do you really want to know how your body is built? Forget unreliable apps or scales. With a DEXA Scan, you get a clinically accurate analysis of your fat percentage, muscle mass and bone density.
What exactly does a DEXA Scan measure?
A DEXA Scan (Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry) maps your body through a low dose of X-rays. In as little as 10 minutes, you will receive a full report with:
- Total fat percentage
- Muscle mass (overall and per limb)
- Bone mass and bone density
- Regional fat distribution (e.g. abdominal fat, extremities, trunk)
- Left-right relationships and asymmetries
So you know perfectly where your strengths and areas for improvement lie.
For whom is a DEXA Scan useful?
A DEXA Scan is valuable for various profiles:
Individual athletes Who want to optimize their training
Teams Who are committed to injury prevention and performance training
Companies Who offer their employees a health check
Rehabilitating athletes Who want to monitor muscle loss or asymmetry

What makes our approach unique?
At Perform2Achieve, you get more than a printout. We interpret your results according to your goals: muscle building, weight loss, injury recovery or athletic performance.
You will receive a clear report and practical tools. Do you want to continue working afterwards? Then we link the DEXA Scan to other tests such as strength analysis, exercise test (VO₂ max) or movement tests via Physimax.
Thanks to the DEXA Scan, I found out that my left leg had 7% less muscle mass than my right. That info made all the difference in my rehabilitation
A scan takes as little as 10 minutes.
The insights remain relevant for years.
Let numbers speak for you
Good body composition will not only help you improve performance, but also prevent injury. Too much belly fat, muscle imbalances or reduced bone density can undermine your athletic career or well-being without you knowing it.
