Returning

At Perform2Achieve, we think it’s important that you can order products from us with peace of mind. Still not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem. Below you can read how you can return an article.

Return right

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receipt without giving a reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you (not the carrier) takes physical possession of the product.

Return conditions:

  • Product is unused and in original, undamaged packaging
  • It includes all matching parts, accessories and manuals
  • The product is free of signs of use, damage or defects

Exceptions:

Products that cannot be returned due to hygienic or medical reasons (such as opened test kits, sweat or saliva analyses, etc.) are excluded from the right of return. This is clearly indicated with the items in question.

  1. Register your return: Send an e-mail to info@perform2achieve.be with your order number, product name and reason for return (optional).
  2. Confirmation & Instructions: You will receive a confirmation and further instructions, including the return address, from us within 2 business days.
  3. Shipping: Pack the product securely and ship it back to us within 7 days of your return notification, at your own expense. Be sure to include your invoice or packing slip.

Once we have received and checked the item in good condition, we will refund you the purchase price (excluding shipping costs). This is done within 14 days, using the original payment method.

Did you receive a damaged or faulty product? Please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery at info@perform2achieve.be and include clear photos. Together we will see how we can resolve this quickly.
