Do you move efficiently, with stability, and without compensations?

3D Motion Analysis

Using 3D motion analysis, we objectively assess your movement patterns. We analyze how your body moves during functional exercises and identify any compensations, asymmetries, or loss of control.

This gives you clear insights that can help with injury prevention, performance improvement, rehabilitation, or designing a training program.

What exactly are we measuring?

During the analysis, we look at how your body moves in different positions and during various movements. It’s not just strength that’s important, but also control, stability, mobility, and symmetry.

You’ll gain insight into:

  • quality of movement
  • stability and control
  • left-right differences
  • mobility and range of motion
  • compensations in your movement pattern
  • Posture and Body Control
  • Risk Factors for Overuse or Injury

Analysis with HumanTrak

At P2A, we use HumanTrak, a 3D motion analysis system that accurately tracks movements without markers or sensors on the body. The system objectively maps movement, posture, and body control.

Thanks to the visual reporting, we can quickly see where you’re performing well and where adjustments may be needed. That makes the analysis valuable for athletes, teams, rehabilitation, and preventive screenings.

Why Humantrak?

  • markerless 3D motion analysis
  • Fast and practical testing
  • objective measurement of posture, mobility, and movement control
  • visual reporting that is easy to understand
  • Suitable for athletes, teams, and rehabilitation
Perform2achieve - force testing - ForceFrame and Forcedecks

How does the test proceed?

In front of the camera, you perform a series of simple, standardized movements: squats, lunges, rotations, jumps… Everything is captured and analyzed automatically. You don’t need to wear sensors – the analysis is done completely contactless and hassle-free.

Upon completion, you will receive a report with:

  • clear scores,
  • visual feedback on your movements,
  • as well as targeted recommendations you can use in your training or rehabilitation.

This test is also ideal in the context of rehabilitation testing or for trainers who want to screen their athletes through our sports team testing.
