How does an exercise test work?
Your test is performed on a treadmill or bicycle, with the intensity increasing step by step. During the test, you will wear a breathing mask, with which we accurately measure how much oxygen you take in, how much CO₂ you exhale, and how your body responds to the exertion.
Among other things, we chart your VO₂ max (ml/kg/min), breathing rate, ventilation, heart rate and acidification time. In addition, we determine your personal training zones based on your aerobic and anaerobic threshold.
