Perform2Achieve is a limited liability company with registered office at 2243 Zandhoven, Lindendreef 4, known under company number 0740.974.882 and is active in the field of, among other things, the improvement of sports performance, injury prevention and the making of extensive analyses of (sports) data, and this through targeted training and artificial intelligence.
Perform2Achieve is happy to help the client in this regard.
To allow all this, Perform2Achieve processes personal data of natural persons in the framework of its activities, and this may include natural persons who are (a potential) customer of Perform2Achieve or its partners, the contact persons within Perform2Achieve’s active network, its staff members, etc.

Perform2Achieve maintains a strict privacy policy in accordance with the GDPR regulation and applicable legal provisions.
What personal data does Perform2Achieve process?
Perform2Achieve processes personal data necessary for the performance of the activities mentioned above and in the framework of the types of agreements covered hereunder concluded and processed with Perform2Achieve or with one of Perform2Achieve’s partners. It also covers those data necessary for Perform2Achieve to carry out its commercial activities.
For example, it could be your name, first name and contact information, but also your choice of language, your company or VAT number, your bank account number, credit card number, passport data, email address and your website behavior. But also the communication you have with Perform2Achieve as a current or potential client.
Perform2Achieve processes very little sensitive personal data within the meaning of the GDPR.
When subscribed to Perform2Achieve’s newsletter, the person concerned receives a newsletter at regular intervals at the email address indicated. Perform2Achieve uses this email address only for the services subscribed to. Of course, it is possible to unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of each newsletter or by requesting it via email at the email address info@www.perform2achieve.be.
As part of any services and activities offered by Perform2Achieve, it may be necessary for Perform2Achieve to take photographs, images and/or audiovisual recordings at these sessions in which the client is (partially) visible or recognizable. This, for example, in order to perform the necessary analyses of the sports performance. For this, Perform2Achieve will always ask permission from the data subjects through one of its legal grounds (consent or agreement) at the time of the participation of the data subject in the session or activity concerned. The client is aware that certain activities may require such photographs, images and/or audiovisual recordings. We obviously never misuse this data and only use it to better assist you in providing our services, and always in compliance with applicable laws.
Legal basis and purposes of processing
Processing in the context of planned or ongoing agreements is also immediately the main legal basis of data processing by Perform2Achieve.
Furthermore, your express consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the GDPR may also be requested. A given consent can in principle be revoked free of charge and electronically, unless of course there is another legal ground for the processing.
In this regard, Perform2Achieve notes that Perform2Achieve may also process your data based on a “legitimate interest” for the processing. For example, Perform2Achieve can inform you about new services that may be of interest to you if, for example, you have subscribed to our newsletter. Perform2Achieve will of course always do this within reasonable limits and never in an aggressive or by you undesirable way.

Source of personal data
Perform2Achieve obtains the personal data it processes primarily from the individuals concerned themselves (either directly or through its partners).
We obviously never misuse this data and only use it to better serve you.
Processing time
Perform2Achieve keeps the personal data it processes no longer than necessary for the purposes of the processing. This is specifically evaluated by Perform2Achieve on a regular basis.
In principle, Perform2Achieve keeps the personal data no longer than five (5) years from the end of the agreement that was concluded with Perform2Achieve or one of its partners or from the moment when the data were obtained (this taking into account the limitation period of contractual claims). If necessary, e.g. in case of a lawsuit, the personal data may of course have to be kept longer.
Perform2Achieve does not keep the personal data of its staff members longer than five (5) years after the termination of the employment contract, unless in the case of a lawsuit in which case the data may be processed for up to three years after its final settlement.
Any sensitive data is kept only for the duration necessary for the performance of the agreement and performance unless it must be kept in some way necessary to demonstrate that Perform2Achieve has properly performed the agreement.
Perform2Achieve keeps the personal data they process as up-to-date as possible and erases or corrects it as necessary.
Security of personal data
Perform2Achieve ensures the integrity, security and confidentiality of personal data, both technically and organizationally. Perform2Achieve stores important/sensitive personal data on its own secure servers or on secure third-party servers.
Processing by / transfer to external partners.
Perform2Achieve primarily processes personal data itself (both internally and externally for information and communication purposes).
Perform2Achieve only communicates data to partners if it is necessary to make certain performances run smoothly. Of course, only the strictly necessary data are communicated. Perform2Achieve also discloses personal data to external partners to the extent necessary to fulfill its activities. Furthermore, personal data may also be shared with partners, suppliers or other appointees of Perform2Achieve when the processing by these third parties is necessary for the establishment, execution, use, purchase, access or handling in relation to products, services, websites, etc. The necessary agreements have always been concluded with these partners, suppliers or other appointees that limit the use and processing of your personal data and guarantee adequate protection of your personal data.
The transfer of personal data to foreign parties also outside the EU if it is absolutely necessary for the performance of agreements and performances in the context of the execution of the agreement with the customer, and the customer therefore consents to this processing in the general or special conditions of the agreement with Perform2Achieve. It is also in the interests of the customers.
If Perform2Achieve transfers personal data to someone outside the EU that is not on a list of “safe countries” (under the GDPR), it will enforce appropriate security safeguards for this to the extent possible.
Perform2Achieve takes maximum care to ensure that the external partners who process personal data for it or who are (co-)responsible for data processing comply with the provisions of the GDPR. To this end, it strives to conclude as many “processing agreements” as possible with key partners.
Your rights under the GDPR
Perform2Achieve ensures that you as an affected natural person can exercise the rights granted to you by the GDPR (information; access; copy; rectification; oblivion; restriction and objection to processing; portability of data).
You may exercise your rights free of charge and electronically at the contact information listed at the front of this statement. Only in the case of excessively burdensome requests, Perform2Achieve may charge you an administrative fee.
Cookies
Perform2Achieve uses cookies on its websites and declaration portals. A cookie is a simple small file that a website stores on your hard drive through the browser. A cookie stores information. However, if you have a complaint, you can also file it with the supervisory authority. In Belgium, this is the Data Protection Authority or GBA (www.privacycommission.be). This is the new name for the Privacy Commission. You can also appeal to the national courts.
